Terms of Service

These terms describe how Workforce OS may be used. The binding text is being prepared with counsel.

The service

Workforce OS provides HR, attendance, leave, payroll and related tools to organizations. Each workspace is administered by its owner.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication for privileged users.
Do not attempt to access another workspace's data, probe or overload the service, or upload malicious files.
The workspace owner is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for having a lawful basis to process it.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed per the selected plan and active-employee count. An overdue invoice can place a workspace in read-only mode until it is settled; data is not deleted by this.

Data ownership

Your organization owns its data. You can export it, and on termination we delete or anonymize it after a grace period.
